Notice: Electronic Access to Court Records by Attorneys as of October 1, 2012
The Highlands County Clerk of Courts is proud to introduce an extension to our Court Case Maintenance System, Clericus, which allows attorneys electronic access to court records. The internet-based solution provides attorneys enhanced case access, which includes the ability to view actual court record images online. The objective of this system is to provide attorneys with the same information available to the Clerk of Courts staff, creating efficiencies for both the Clerk's staff and the attorney offices accessing the records.

Any attorney desiring access to this system to view images or retrieve summonses should download and complete the "Individual/Attorney Registration Agreement". Once the agreement has been completed, please return the document to the Clerk of Courts for processing. Emails can be sent to clerk@hcclerk.org, Faxes to 863-402-6785, and our mailing address is 590 S. Commerce Avenue, Sebring, FL, 33870. After your agreement has been processed, access credentials for the website below will be provided.
