Foreclosure Sales are currently held in-person on the date ordered by the Judge.  The “Foreclosure Sale Calendar” is updated nightly with the most current information available.  The Procedures for the Sale and the Intent to Bid Form can be located under the Related Pages Section.  You must complete the Intent to Bid Form legibly and be ready to turn it in at the Foreclosure Sale if you verbally bid on the Sale Day.  The Clerk’s Office doesn’t guarantee a clear title.  It is imperative that you perform your due diligence prior to bidding.
